Our friendly and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialists have received extensive training in using and troubleshooting our products, and their sole job is to help you. In most cases, we'll be able to diagnose your DR® right away and provide the information you'll need to get your machine up and running.

At these DR®-Friendly Service Centers you'll find folks who are familiar with our machines and who can take care of any difficulties that may come up with your DR®. We'll even give them a call, explain the problem you're having, and set up an appointment for you...and we'll work with them until everything is straightened out.
